We can gladly accept your return within the first 30 days after you received it. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Yazmo.com. If the item has a damaged or defective part, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a replacement. For all other returns, please return the case in its ORIGINAL SECURE packaging to the following address:

Make sure you include a copy of your confirmation/invoice in the package, for our reference. Once received, we will issue a refund to the credit card on file, minus a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund return shipping costs. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
